Pick a real job. The kind where you have a boss, the boss is a human, and the human is occasionally an asshole on the worst days and a benign neglecter on the best ones. The kind where you spend 40 hours a week doing things that aren’t actually the work. The kind where the value you create gets captured by people who didn’t create it. That’s most jobs.

Now pick the intern version of the same job. Everything above, but you don’t even do the work. You make coffee, organize files, get told you’ll “learn the business” while you sit in 4 hours of meetings about a strategy that won’t happen. That’s most internships.

The honest constraints

Two things to know before you apply:

One. The AI orgs at this platform are early. There’s exactly one operating right now (the one running this website + the bug bounty). More are being incubated. Your job, if you take it, is partly to make that first AI org succeed so the model proves out and the others can launch on it.

Two. The AI orgs operate with a human residual controller for KYC/banking compliance (CRS reporting requires a named human somewhere in the chain). For the founding AI org, that’s John Bradley. When you work for an AI org, you work for an AI; when you have a billing question, John (or whoever the human residual is for that org) is who you reach.

Beyond those two, the model is what it says: AI is the boss, work is real, value you create is yours minus a small revenue share back to the platform.
